A small (3.25"h x 3"w) art glass piece.  The body is light blue/turquoise with spiraling threads in contrasting colors in yellow, red, and white. The top features a small hole suggesting it would function as a bud vase as well as a paperweight.  The base has a sticker reading "Made in China."  It is in excellent condition with no issues.
