Stanley #78 Rabbit or Rebate Plane, Made in England, so it's for metric wood.... This says new on the sticker, who knows. I bought a box full of rabbit planes, but as most of the parts I was to get where missing and 2 got broke in shipping.
This one has a small chip in the sole but should not hurt anything. its missing the depth stop and screw, fence and rod and screw. All you get is the frame blade, lever cap and lever cap screw, oh the knicker is still there too... The parts this needs are a little hard to find, but they are out there. Or you can turn this into a Sc rub plane, I was told Paul Sellers has a video on how to do this. I have 3 different sc rub planes, I thought about converting into a sc rub, but why?
