Signed Art Glass Square Floral Platter Plate

A pretty square glass plate. It is not flat but concave. Smooth on the front and textured on the back with bubbles. I don’t know a lot about this piece. It is signed on the back, but I couldn’t read the signature. And I do not know if this is considered painted glass or fused glass. I’m kinda new at this. But I saw it and thought it was very pretty. It measures 10 1/2“ x 10 1/2“. No chips or cracks.
