Details

Highly sought after Dainty Blue trio, this goes in any home from traditional to farmhouse! This Shelley trio (tea cup, saucer & lunch plate) is a very old pattern, the tea cup has a registry mark on it making it quite old. As its name indicates this is in the Dainty shape, not only the tea cup but the saucer and plates are as well. It has the design all the way around the exterior and interior of the cup. This would make a perfect Mothers Day or any day gift for your favorite tea lover. I have 5 trios available as of this listing so please check my other listings. Tea cup holder is not included.

Condition: Trio is in excellent vintage condition, there are a couple small utensil marks on the plate so I believe this was only a display piece. I am not seeing any defects but wanted to mention that the tea cup has an area of several popped air bubbles - not surprising given it was from the turn of the century.

Set includes: Dessert plate - 8.25" w Saucer 5 3/4" w Tea cup: 2.5" h x 3.5" w at rim

Shipping: I have switched all my listings to USPS ground advantage insured to save you $$, if you need priority/express please message me.

Keats said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever". Each of us has a different idea of what "beauty" is. I find unique vintage items and offer them to you, the beholder. My "finds" are often estate items so what you see below is all I know about them.

Hi, I'm Cynthia. I am a shop owner with 10+ years of experience. I do everything within my power, including packing with great care and shipping fully insured, to get your "thing of beauty" to you safely. I shop the fine estate sales and auctions in the horse country of north Georgia, nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, and bring them to you, the beholder.

I was raised in a home where bone china, silver and fine crystal were both used and appreciated. This translated into a love of antiques and handmade items of similar quality. I love the journey that leads me to these beautiful things and I hope you will enjoy my "finds" as much as I have enjoyed finding them.

Please feel free to reach out to me via text or email with any questions you may have. I am frequently hiking on the weekends so your best chance of a speedy response will be during weekday business hours.

Follow me on FB and Instagram where I share additional information on the creation/history of my items.

Helping you find your thing of beauty, Cynthia
