READ!!!  Signed by Karen Smith (1982). Measures 16 3/8” by 16 3/8” by 1". Pictures show front, back and sides of item. Missing hanging metal piece on top of frame. Sticker residue on 1 of the tiles which can not be seen when displayed,only seen at an angle. Slight paint loss on nisse (gnome).  Some separation on frame where it was put together and all very sturdy.  Overall in great condition for a 43 year-old piece.
