Beautiful vintage Ron Lee sculpture from 1985, featuring a sleeping clown tucked under a freshly painted park bench. This piece is full of classic Ron Lee humor and charm — the red WET PAINT sign hanging overhead says it all!

Hand-painted metal with gold-tone accents, resting on a solid onyx stone base. The textured ground is Ron Lee’s signature gold-tone microbead finish. Signed Ron 85 on the front of the base.

Did You Know? Ron Lee created each sculpture by hand, casting the figures in metal and mounting them on real onyx stone. His early pieces from the 1980s—like this sleeping clown—were produced in smaller batches, making them more collectible today.
