This is a beautiful paperweight. It stands 4 inches tall and about 3 inch 3/4 inches wide. It’s an odd shaped paperweight with a flat bottom signed by maker 1990.  It features light and dark blue and black on the inside with bubbles. This paperweight is in good shape with a few scuff marks in the glass no visible chips.
