It portrays a Dutch peasant woman at the seashore and is signed by the artist "Luc" Made in Limoges, France, a region famous for its porcelain. Manufacturer mark used between 1906 and 1920 A Dutch peasant woman holding a basket, with a seascape backdrop Porcelain with hand painted details and gold along the edge (some loss due to normal wear, see all photos of edges) this is an ANTIQUE, meaning at least 100 years old It’s amazing what great condition it is in!
