Blue optic glass beads, silver metal beads and light blue plastic beads on this 33 inch necklace. 
These isn't any markings on the chain. It looks and feels like sterling silver to me and doesn't react at all to a magnet. I can't say positively one way or the other.  
Some tarnishing on the chain. Other than that, everything is secure.
Vintage. Probably from the 1990's.
