This adorable dog figurine is a Josef Originals. I'm not exactly sure of the breed, I looked up several and couldn't find the exact match.

It looks to me like a Labrador Retriever

It's approximately 4.25-4.5 inches tall and 4 in from tail to front paw.

It has its original sticker and no chips or cracks. Made in Japan.
