Based on research, this stunning glass vase/basket was made by Josef Hospodka for Chribska in Czech Republic. It is 9.5" tall and measures 5"x3". It is in excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks, chips or repairs. There is a small rub mark on one side. (See photos).
