Hand blown clear/green bubble handkerchief art glass, beautiful!. The bubbles make it look white but it's clear and green. A few minor scratches on the bottom but a beautiful art glass. 

Measurements - 8"H x 2.75"B x 5.5"W. No chips or cracks.
