New old stock circa 1987 boxed battery operated hula bear toy. Tested and works great.  Made of hard plastic with decals applied. Plastic hula has silver tape that is slightly lifted from age. Some light creases to box. Great storage find in amazing condition. Size of toy is 6" x 4.5". Box is 7.75" x 4.5".
