Holiday Creations 1994 Stained Glass Crystal Village Lighted Christmas House. 
In good condition. Has the original box. Does not have any ships or cracks. The bracket on the bulb holder on the inside of the house is broken but still holds the bulb. The wreath is loose and comes off. Could be attached anywhere on the house with some adhesive.  
Measures 5 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches long.
