A beautiful off-white ceramic  bowl , trinket or candy dish.  Top part embellished with a floral arrangement.  Not chips or cracks.   There is a small flea bite on right side middle rim.   measures approx 8" by 5 " unpacked weight is 8.5 oz.  Pre owned in excellent condition with some age.  I don't believe its vintage
