Handwrought by Temming Signed Copper Cat Brooch Pin Betty Martin Koop Rare Vtg Rare Vintage Temming Piece designed by Betty and hand made by Martin Koop (Temming was Betty's maiden name) at the Temming Art Studio in Saranac River. A fascinating story and amazing rare brooch. This would have been made between 1944 and 1960s when they were making jewelry at their Art Studio. The brooch is vintage and a little piece of history all in one. Very nice pre-owned vintage condition. Measures approx. 2.5" long (at the longest area on each side) and 1.5" Tall at the tallest point (tip of tail). - I see this as a cat and believe it is supposed to be a cat, but several people have mentioned dog to me. Take a look at photos and decide for yourself if you think it's a cat or a dog. Great conversation piece for sure.
