Dimensions: 10 inches diameter and 4 inches in height. It does not have a lining. There are a couple of areas of whitish debris, that I was able to get most of it off just by wiping it. There is also 1 areas of dark staining on the side and 2 on the inside bottom. I have taken photos of the areas so please look at the photos. I have a smaller one listed separately.
