Handmade Quilted Pillow Quillow American Flag Mini Square Patchwork. Some of the stuffing fibers are coming through the fabric but otherwise in great preowned condition. I believe the inside patchwork was done by a sewing machine but the rest appears to be hand stitched. American flag patriotic print on the front, bright navy blue on the underside and the inside quilt are mini square colorful patches of fabric. Great for a child’s bed, travel or decoration!
