-Outer fabric -100% silk handwoven Dupioni

-Grommets - Nickle finish non-rusting two sided grommets

-Cleaning - DRY CLEAN only!!

All my bodices include -

-Side lacing - allows the bodice to fit multiple body types.

• “boning” of nylon cable ties that will not crease or break!

-Special boning pocket design that allows the boning to float in the casing to reduce or eliminate “pokes”

-Cool, breathable pre-shrunk unbleached cotton lining.

-Rust Free Grommets and round corset lacing

*** PLEASE TAKE NOTE!! - Bodices are different than corsets...

Please follow the measuring guide below and don't reduce your measurements. Bodices are not designed or built for tight lacing but are meant to be an outer garment to "finish off" your outfit.

If you choose to wear a corset under your new bodice, take your measurements of your bust and waist with the corset adjusted how you want it following the guide below. Again, make sure to not reduce your measurements and do not order a size smaller than your measurements.

**How to measure yourself for a good fit...

1. Take a measurement of the fullest part of your bust that includes the bra or corset you intend to wear underneath.
2. Your natural waist. (Measure right where you bend naturally from side to side)

**** Please Note - Remember…If your measurements fall at the lowest measurement the garment will close completely at all lacing points. If you want your garment to be 'open' a little you must make sure that your measurements are larger by an inch or so than the lowest measurement.

ALSO, if your measurements are larger than the largest numbers listed for the bodice, the garment WILL NOT fit properly and will 'distort' which is not a good look for anyone.
