I'm not sure if this is a frog. I'm not sure if this is cabbage that he's sitting on. I'm not quite sure what's happening here. I do know this is an adorable weirdo on a small, leafy object that reveals a small trinket box within. The box is about 2" in diameter and about 1.5" high. Look at those eyes!
