John Gilmor Neodymium Glass Wave Bowl. 
Hand blown in his studio in New York, this piece is beautiful! 
It does change from purple to blue in the light, and it is signed on the bottom. 
John Gilmor retired in 2019, so no new pieces are being made. 
This measures 3 and a quarter inches tall, and is approximately 5 inches wide.  There are no chips or cracks.
