Hallmark Cards, Inc. Vintage Plastic Heart, Smiley Face Brooch This cheerful brooch features a bright red puffy heart with a classic white smiley face and outline. The outline does have a little bit of missing paint, and the pin part does have a little bit of a curve to it. Please see photos or live sale, but is otherwise good condition. Made of durable hard plastic, it’s a perfect piece of retro flair for Valentine’s Day or for anyone who collects vintage novelty jewelry.
