REMINDER: We do not allow the sale of GWP items on Keepin it Real, as they are not able to be authenticated. We also do not allow upcycled items that contain brand logos as that is against the law to sell. It seems to be a big problem on District as a whole right now. If you disagree, please look into trademark infringement laws & brand's rights to their own logos. It violates intellectual property laws. When you take a branded item apart & turn it into something new, you’re creating a modified product that the original brand did not design, approve, or authorize. Once an item is altered, it’s no longer considered authentic in its original form & selling it can be classified as trademark infringement or counterfeit, even if the original piece was real.
