ive tried scrolling back thru everything but that would take hours to read lol, i keep seeing people mention onboarding but where is it? i do not see any onboarding at all or how to join? thanks

My daughter got married 8 years ago and much of her things are still living in my house lol prom dresses, shoes, home decor. She doesn’t want it and tells me if I sell it she will split the money with me lol

Hi Aileen. Welcome to KIR!😊 You can just add items to your shop, you can do silent auctions & set them for a specific time, ie: close in days. You can also go live & just choose to show your merchandise & not your face on camera. I know some that do that & are very successful at it. The buyers like the connection they have with their seller. It’s totally up to you.👍🏼 I also found out yesterday, you can go live & have another seller come on with you, where nobody sees them but can hear them & they can help you, walk you through things, interact with your chat or just hang out & chat with you during your show. It’s a lot of fun.😁 So many great features on KIR/district app. Good Luck & have fun. 👍🏼❤️

Going live is totally optional! You could have static listings and auctions on here as well. Going live is not mandatory.

I personally like progressive for the buyer's sake. If they end up going over, you can always issue a partial refund.

hey hey! You can bulk import listings from eBay using a CSV file. there are instructions here: https://help.district.net/selling/selling-faq/bulk-import-multiple-listings

You just go to the main homepage for KIR, click apply to sell, and fill out the form. Make sure you tell Vanessa what platforms you have sold on before with links to your shops if you can. We all kinda took a break during Q1 but she will review it as quickly as possible.

Go to your profile, click Markets, scroll until you find one you want to leave, click the word “joined” on that one, a box asking if you’re sure you want to leave will pop up, click yes! Hope this answers your question. 👍🏼❤️

Remove a marketplace

Make one label for an item and if it didn't automatically bundle, manually put the tracking number in from the one package for your other ones if that makes sense

Hi! You should be able to bundle prior to shipping so you only have one label. It’s been a bit, but, when you go to create the label is when it bundles if i remember correctly

I believe if you have it on progressive shipping, you can bundle orders from one customer before you print your label. There’s a video on YouTube-keepin it real about shipping. @lisalaw227 Is there more info you can give Monica on this? I feel as if you have more experience. Thx❤️

I would do maybe a "build a box" show/ not so mystery? Fabric is a little different but we don't do mystery shows just as a general rule. @vadisrad what are your thoughts?

Good morning! I was so happy to see I was accepted to the platform and am making a plan of attack for transferring listings over. I am wondering if I am able to sell my quilting fabric mystery bundles here. I just have TOO much fabric to try to sort it into themes so I have just been making my listing as informative as possible so buyers know that what they are receiving is a surprise and NOT necessarily what is shown in pics. It ultimately goes by total weight so if you choose calculated shipping it will calculate as the weight goes up. If they buy heavy item first, the next item will be less but ultimately the same outcome regardless of the order. If that makes sense

I created a listing tor auction and there was an option to put it on private and then go back later and share it to live auction. But now, I don't know how to take it off of private I can't even go in and edit it. Could someone tell me how I can edit my private listings in auction?

If I was to list one item that’s heavier at a higher shipping cost and the person bought multiple items, how would that work with progressive shipping? Would it take the cost of the most expensive one and then go from there will progressive or take the one they get first? I don’t normally list things as heavy as it, so didn’t want to end up spending a lot out of pocket if I set it up incorrectly

Yes, unfortunately that's the way to do it right now. They are working on being able to bulk change listings from buy now to auction.
