Frank Rademacher Emerald Night Pastel Framed 1979 Signed By Artist

This is a beautiful wood frame that’s carved the frame measures approximately 16 1/2“ x 19 1/2“ on the back it says evening night pastel by Frank A RADEMACHER 1979. The inside of the glass could use a cleaning, but I did not want to take it apart as it is shut on the back with tape. It is double matted.
