3 bowls have small flea bites on the stems. There are a few flea bites on one of the pinks and a small chip on the edge of one of the blue ones. Joaquin Pottery, produced in Stockton, California, during the late 1930s to early 1940s, is a highly collectible, heavy-bodied Art Deco style California pottery. Known for bright, glossy, solid-colored glazes (yellow, peach, blue) and distinctive wood-handled pitchers, the company produced kitchenware and, in 1942–1943, specialized "Joaquin-ware" cookware.
