Antique based on research. Beautiful antique Fenton in the Sailboat pattern from the 1920s. Listed in Fenton art glass 2nd edition book by Deb and Randy Coe pg. 21. There is a line in base that Could be condition issue or manufacturing. I can not tell. Beautiful antique condition!
