The Charlie B Gallery of Carson City, Nevada is offering this mini tea cup form with koi. This has a celadon glaze with an accented rim.  This holds just a 1-2 ounces.  There are three feet to the form.  I do not detect any post-factory damage.  There is some natural thinness to the glaze in the foot area.  Please see photographs.  This rings nicely.  The celadon green is a bit lighter in person. 

Almost 1.125" tall by almost 2.375" wide
