This a vintage Wooden Carousel made in East Germany.  There are no chips or cracks.  Almost no paint loss except for on the spinal where it spins.  It measures approx. 3 1/4" tall and 2 3/4" across.  There of 4 miniature horses with riders.  This is very bright and colorful.
