Beautiful vintage Damascene Spain brooch. Brooch depicts a bee or dragonfly (or some other flying bug) perched atop of a beautiful flower with a faux pearl . In typical Damascene style, there is some kind of metal or steel with think gold foil worked into the cuts and accented with black enamel. Marked Spain on the back, has a pin and C clasp. C Clasps were widely used from 1850-1910 so this piece might be antique but I cannot date it for sure. Brooch is approximately 2 1/2 inches long and absolutely beautiful.
