CTS Holland Delft Blue Handpainted Cow Figurine Statue Clogs Tulips

Adorable handpainted Delft Blue cow. She stands on a platform adorned with clogs and red tulips. There is a ribbon with a ringing bell. She is 4" long, 1 1/2" wide, and 3 3/4" tall. No chips or cracks. There is a little blue paint on the platform and the tip of one clog. One of the clogs has some glue overflow.
