Clear Crystal? Glass Art Deco Style 9 Inch Candlestick Holder. In good preowned condition with some small flea bites and scratches to the stem but no other chips or cracks. It might be Mikasa but because there is no sticker, I am not 100% sure. Tiered fan shape at top with a square base. Very well made and sturdy. Weighs 1.5 pounds.

Base measures 3 1/4 across
