Clarice Cliff is the beloved wildly successful ceramic artist. Pre WWII she apprenticed doing designs for mass produced items at some of the largest potteries in England. 
This very popular transfer ware pattern TONQUIN is a pastoral English landscape. The low rimmed soup bowl is mounted on a wire wall hanger or immediate display. 
The bowl measures 8.5” in diameter, and has no chips cracks or damage. It is in fine vintage condition, and ready to grace your walls.
