From fine Italian ceramic maker Ceramiche Artistiche Luccheshi (CAL Lucca) located in Lucca, Tuscany, here is an exceptional pair of matching hand made and hand painted Florentine style vases.

Elaborately decorated with gilt and hand applied spaghetti, the vases stand 10.5” high, 6” wide. Ornate, rococo and Baroque references are featured in the long artistic history of ceramic manufacturing in the area around Florence since Medieval times due to the high quality of clay.

Classic urn shape with double handles, focal point of applied red paste jewel as a medallion on each. No chips cracks or crazing, these are in truly remarkable vintage condition. Manufacturing stamp on bases of both items, as well as export stickers.
