The painting on this @14" tray was done by someone named Roger in 1965 according to the bottom marks.  Tray is in excellent condition, no chips or cracks.  Painting is in the style of Sascha Brastoff. This is likely a hobbyist piece but if you judge by the artwork it is a very professional job.
