Blanton's Bourbon bottle stopper with a horse and jockey figure, Great Fathers Day Gift! Letter “L”
Blanton's Bourbon, introduced in 1984, was the first single barrel bourbon sold commercially. It is named after Colonel Albert Blanton, who managed the Old Fire Copper Distillery (now Buffalo Trace) in Frankfort, Kentucky, during the early 20th century.
Each bottle of Blanton's is sealed with a cork stopper featuring a horse and jockey in different poses. There are eight different stoppers in total, each marked with a single letter that spells out "B-L-A-N-T-O-N-'S" when the set is complete. These stoppers have become a collectible item among bourbon enthusiasts.
