Black point jingle bells clown collar - The perfect accessory for a creepy carnival, haunt costume, photoshoot, cosplay, con costume or Halloween event! This collar is handmade from black poly cotton fabric cut and sewn into points. Fabric is tightly machine gathered, then sewn to the elastic fabric covered band. Silver bells are added to the bottom of each point. There are 8 points on each collar.
