What a beautiful piece of glass!! Maker is unknown, and this case is in excellent vintage condition. No chips or cracks, and it glows under UV light. 

I love the “exploding balloon” mouth on this on, you can see the tool marks as well. So fun! Base is approx 5” wide!!
