As far as I can determine, this whale may be an anniversary edition. It is numbered as seen in the photos. 
There is a small spot on the tip of one side of his tail fin, that the gold either rubbed off or was not painted. It is not a chip. 
Almost 6” from nose to tail, 3 1/2” side to side, 2” tall.
