It is marked 14K on the base. Tested as Nephrite. ( Jade & Nephrite cannot be identified on the basis of colour as both come in a variety of shades - for many years it was not realised they were two separate minerals but they do have very different thermal properties). It is a very traditional design . I believe it is somewhere between the 1930's and 1950's.
