Antique Creamer Bowl without lid attributed to Westmoreland from the late 1800’s. Raised Scrolls, scalloped edging.  There are two scallops with a small chip/rough spot, but it is overall in pretty good shape for being as old as it is.  Creamer measures 5 1/2” across (spout to handle edge) & 2 1/2” wide. Approx. 4” tall. Base measures 3” x 2 1/4”.
