Hand embroidered with colored and gold threads in tambour chain stitch crewel needlework, this bag features leaves, stars, crescent moons and Arabic lettering. The purse has gold metallic crochet lace trim edging, with hand knotted gold fringe tassels hanging down the bottom and a red lining.

11" H (top to bottom of fringe) x 6.5" W

Overall in good condition. Item shows wear that is consistent with age and use. There is stay threads where the embroidery has ended. A few strands from the strap have unraveled and frayed.
