This is a beautiful antique Charles Meigh Thessalian Flow Red plate, the mark is the same one used by Meigh during 1832-1859. There is some discoloration due to age. Measures 10.25 inches in diameter. 

No chips, cracks, flea bites, scratches, or any other type of flaws other than those described.
