Considering that this book is 100 years old, it's in pretty good condition. The cover has wear on the edges and there is some writing/pencil marks throughout on some of the pages. Someone wrote their name in pen with the name of their school on the inside cover and inside back cover. I have not taken photos of every page that has been written on but only a sampling of pages. The spine is in fair condition and the pages are yellow from age. The pages are not ripped or torn. I have also attached photos from some of the illustrations. This would be a great addition to a homeschooling collection.
