Metal for the 1883 Woman's Relief Corps which served as an auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR). The F.C.L. at the top represents the motto: Fraternity, Charity, and Loyalty. In nice, antique condition with some fading on the ribbon and minor wear. It comes with the Aug. C. Frank Co box. Measurements ~ 2.5 x 1.25"
