ANRI vintage hand carved wood hand painted mechanical bottle stopper. Move the lever and his head moves down, arm raises with his metal eyeglasses Size is 5" tall. Has wear to paint and chips on the front brim of base. Works but is sluggish as the head needs to be tipped back to operate correctly. Cork base has crack with old repair.
