Beautiful and colorful!  I believe it is foil art. This was made in Mexico, as marked on the back. It is 6.5 inches wide and 1 inch tall. It weighs 3.7 ounces.
There is color wear around the top edge. There are a few rough spots on the top edge, too. Please see pictures, as they are part of the description. I'm not sure what it is made of. The top is coated, probably with acrylic.
