60 year old historical 18 inch Zephyr Zippers

These beauties are more than just a zipper. They are some of the very first Talon Zephyrs, created in 1960. These were the very first nylon filament coil zippers designed to be smaller, lighter than metal and self-healing. These zippers revolutionized the clothing industry and home makers. Note the detailed instructions on the back of the Turquoise Zipper. This one is from the earliest batches of product. The other two "Baby Blue" and "Brown" zippers are from early 70's. item #2432024
