5.75” Jadeite Fire King Square Bowl

$24.00

Details

This is a vintage Jadeite square bowl, likely from the Anchor Hocking Fire-King "Charm" line. Jadeite, a type of opaque jade-green milk glass, was popular in the mid-20th century (late 1930s to 1974) and is highly collectible. Anchor Hocking was the largest producer of Jadeite under the "Fire-King" brand, which was often distributed through grocery store promotions or in oatmeal boxes. The "Charm" line, produced from the late 1940s to the 1950s, is characterized by its distinct square shape. The bowl is made of oven-proof glass, a key feature of the Fire-King line.
