This is the second in the series.  This ornament depicts an angel in traditional German attire, wearing a yellow dress with a white apron adorned with red hearts and bluebell flowers. 
The angel has white wings and is holding a small red cardinal. It is part of the "Angels Around the World" series, which ran from 2011 to 2016, celebrating angels inspired by different countries and cultures. 
The ornament was designed by artist Katrina Bricker.
